Saudi Arabia’s non-oil business confidence index climbed 2.2% in December 2025 from November, according to data from the General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT).
The index reached 62 points in December, up from 60.7 points in November 2025, reflecting prevailing optimism across the private sector, supported by firms’ confidence in economic stability and continued growth across various industries.
GASTAT defines the business confidence index as a measure of perceptions and expectations regarding future developments in the non-oil sector, based on surveys covering output, inputs, employment, and business expansion plans.
