Ziyad Al-Sulais also resigned from the board: Jana Medical

Jana Medical Co. said CEO Ziyad Al-Sulais resigned effective Jan. 10, 2026, as the offer did not align with the company’s professional aspirations at this stage, according to a Tadawul filing.

 

Al-Sulais also resigned from his position an executive member on the board, to devote himself to other professional commitments, Jana Medical said in a separate statement.

 

Jana Medical appointed Al-Sulais as CEO on Nov. 23, 2025, Argaam earlier reported.
