Jana Medical Co. extended a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Saudi Health Training Center LLC (Saudi HTC) for a potential partial acquisition of up to 51% of the latter’s equity, for additional 30 days from Dec. 26, 2025.

 

In a statement to Tadawul today, Jan. 11, the company said there is no material financial impact at present, as it is a non-binding MoU.

 

In all cases, the completion of the potential transaction will be subject to several conditions, including obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the statement added.

 

This step is part of Jana Medical’s strategy to increase its business volume and expand its activities, as Saudi HTC specializes in the healthcare sector and medical support services, the company further explained, noting that any updates in this regard will be announced in a timely manner.

 

According to data available on Argaam, Jana Medical signed in October 2025 a non-binding MoU with Saudi HTC for a potential partial acquisition of up to 51% of the latter’s equity, through issuing new shares in Jana Medical.
