The Transport General Authority (TGA) announced today that the postal parcel delivery sector recorded more than 57 million parcels and mail shipments during the fourth quarter of 2025, according to the quarterly statistical bulletin on postal parcel delivery activity.

 

In a statement posted on the social networking “X” platform, the authority said that FedEx recorded the highest number of complaints, with 25 complaints per 100,000 shipments, followed by UPS with 9 complaints, and Aramex with 8 complaints. Meanwhile, Ajex recorded the lowest number of complaints, with one complaint per 100,000 shipments.
