Hamad Mohammed Bin Saedan says impact on its financial position will not be material
Hamad Mohammed Bin Saedan Real Estate Co. received 32 white land fee invoices issued from Jan.1-13, 2026, for SAR 2.05 million.
The company does not expect a relevant material impact on its financial position, given the size of its portfolio and assets, it said in a statement to Tadawul.
The developer intends to take the necessary regulatory measures to submit applications in order to extend the white land tax. It will disclose any material developments in due course.
This will further appear in the company's financial statements in accordance with approved accounting standards, with the impact appearing in the financial statements for the relevant period.
