AWPT, NWC ink SAR 43.4M contract

AWPT signed a SAR 43.35 million contract with NWC

Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. (AWPT) signed a contract, on Jan. 12, with the National Water Co. (NWC) with a total value of SAR 43.35 million, excluding value-added tax (VAT).

In a statement to Tadawul, AWPT said the 36-month contract covers operation and maintenance works for water networks, pumping stations, wells, reservoirs, and related facilities in Tabuk.

The company noted that the financial impact of the project began to be reflected in Q4 2025 and clarified that no related parties are involved.

AWPT received the contract after all required signatures were completed on Jan. 12 and accordingly made the disclosure.

According to data available on Argaam, Alkhorayef announced in October that it was awarded the contract by NWC.
