Cryptocurrency prices rose on Tuesday ahead of the release of US inflation data later in the day.

 

Bitcoin increased 0.4% to $91,840.99 at 11:05 a.m. Mecca time, accounting for about 58.7% of the total cryptocurrency market value.

 

Ethereum, the second-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, rose 0.6% to $3,122.97, while XRP added around 0.5% to trade at $2.0577.

 

The global cryptocurrency market capitalization stands at $3.12 trillion, with total 24-hour trading volume reaching $99 billion, according to CoinMarketCap.

 

US-listed spot Ethereum exchange-traded funds (ETFs) saw inflows of $5.042 million on Monday, ending a three-day streak of investment outflows, according to BeInCrypto.

 

Spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded net inflows of $117 million, following four consecutive days of capital outflows.
