BinDawood Holding Co. says Khalid BinDawood will continue to serve as a borad member

BinDawood Holding Co.’s board of directors accepted today, Jan. 14, the request submitted by Managing Director Khalid Dawood BinDawood to step down from his position due to personal reasons, with immediate effect.

 

Meanwhile, he will continue as a non-executive board member, according to a statement to Tadawul.
