Bahri shareholders elect new board for 2026–2029 term


Shareholders of National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) approved electing board members for the upcoming three-year term, starting Jan. 16, 2026, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on Jan. 14, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The newly elected board members are Said Al-Hadrami, Sarah Al-Suhaimi, Baker Al-Mohanna, Ahmed Al-Khunaini, Mohammed Al-Mulhim, Ahmed Al-Subaey, Abdullah Al-Zamil, Saleh Al-Debasi, Yasser Al-Dawood and Wan Foong.

 

Shareholders also approved the disbursement of an exceptional bonus of SAR 5.4 million to Chairman Mohammed Al-Sarhan, in recognition of his efforts and contributions during his tenure as a member and Chairman over six previous terms.
