Shalfa signs SAR 52.1M facilities management contract with NWC

The agreement covers facility management services for National Water Co. buildings in the southern sector

Shalfa Facilities Management Co. signed, on Jan. 14, a contract with the National Water Co. (NWC) to provide facility management services for NWC’s buildings in the southern sector at a total value of SAR 52.1 million, excluding VAT, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The contract duration is 36 months from the date of award or until the end of its value, whichever comes first.

The relevant financial impact is expected to appear in H2 2026.

There are no related parties involved in the deal.

According to data available with Argaam, Shalfa announced in November the award of a framework agreement to provide facility management services for NWC buildings in the southern sector.
