ASG board approves shifting to quarterly financial reporting

ASG Plastic Factory Co.’s board of directors approved the disclosure of the company’s financial statements on a quarterly basis, starting from the first quarter of the 2026.

 

In a statement to Tadawul today, Jan. 15, ASG said that the move aims to enhance transparency and improve disclosure efficiency, thereby enabling shareholders to regularly monitor the company’s financial performance.

 

This also aligns with best disclosure and governance practices, and in accordance with Article 91 of the Corporate Governance Regulations, it added.
