Saudi companies began to announce their results for the fourth quarter of 2025, with the disclosure period started on Jan. 1 and set to run through March 31, 2026.

eXtra and Tasheel were the first companies to report, with eXtra posting a slight increase in profits, while Tasheel recorded a 14% rise in earnings compared to the same period last year.

The fourth quarter was marked by several key developments, most notably the US Federal Reserve’s decision to cut interest rates by 25 basis points, Brent crude prices ranging between $61.7 and $63.9 per barrel, and the issuance of some decisions and regulations affecting Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector.
