Almuneef said the purchase of truck heads will be financed through its own resources
Almuneef Company for Trade, Industry, Agriculture and Contracting signed a contract, on Jan. 15, with China’s Shaanxi Heavy Vehicle Import and Export Co. to purchase 50 Shacman-brand H3000S truck heads (2026 model).
The one-year contract is valued at SAR 7.88 million, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
Payment will be made over 360 days, with 20% payable upon contract signing, 20% after 180 days from the bill of lading date and 30% after 360 days from the bill of lading date.
The transaction will be financed through Almuneef’s own resources.
The financial impact of the deal will be reflected in Q2, Q3 and Q4 2026 results, the statement said.
Almuneef said the move is in line with its 2026–2030 strategy, adding that there are no related parties to the deal.
