Bahri appoints Sarah Al-Suhaimi as Chairperson, Abdullah Al-Zamil as Vice Chair

Board members of National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) appointed Sarah Jammaz Al-Suhaimi as Chairperson for the three-year term commencing Jan. 16, 2026.
 

Abdullah Al-Zamil was named as Vice Chairperson, following the board meeting held on Jan. 17.

 

The company added in a statement to Tadawul that the board also decided to form its committees.

 

The audit committee will comprise Khaled bin Dawood Al-Fadagh as Chairman, along with Ahmed M. Al-Khenaini, Mohammed I. Al-Arifi, and Yasser Al-Dawood as members.

 

The nominations and remuneration committee will be chaired by Abdullah Al-Zamil, with Bakr Al-Muhanna, Saleh Al-Dabbasi and Yara M. Anabtawi, serving as members.

 

The executive committee will be chaired by Sarah Al-Suhaimi, and will include Bakr Al-Muhanna, Saeed Al-Hadrami, Ahmed Al-Subaie and Wan Chee-Foong as members.
