Saudi Industrial Export Co.’s (Sadirat) ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved, on Jan. 15, the election of five members to fill vacant seats on the board of directors from among the nominees.

The five members will complete the current board term, which began on June 16, 2025, and runs until June 15, 2028, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

The members elected are Khalid Alajlan, Naif Alanazi, Salman Alangary, Halim Essayem, and Zeyad Alfawaz.

According to data available with Argaam, Sadirat announced last November the resignations of the Chairman and two board members, but later clarified that the board memberships of Khalid Al-Noisear and Saleh Al-Rashed would continue.

The company previously announced the acceptance of the resignations of four board members, as well as that of Managing Director Ghassan Abdulrahman Al-Haidari.
