Alqemam plans SAR 10M Murabaha sukuk offering in 20 tranches

Alqemam for Computer Systems Co. intends to issue SAR-denominated Murabaha sukuk under its Murabaha sukuk program.

 

The company stated in a statement on Tadawul that it appointed Afaq Capital as the sole arranger to establish, issue, and offer the sukuk.

 

The program, valued at SAR 10 million, will be offered in 20 tranches, with the first tranche worth SAR 500,000.

 

The sukuk will be issued via Afaq Capital’s authorized online platform, regulated by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) for debt and investment instruments.

 

The offering aims to support the company’s projects, it highlighted.
