SARCO sets up transport, storage subsidiary

Saudi Arabian Refineries Co. (SARCO) announced completing the issuance of the articles of association and commercial registration for its subsidiary, Refineries Storage Services Co., a limited liability company wholly owned by SARCO (one-person company), with commercial registration no. 7053396540, and headquartered in Bish City.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, SARCO said that the subsidiary’s business activities comprise pipeline transportation, marine and coastal water transportation of goods, and storage.

 

The company will commence its operations after completing all incorporation requirements, including administrative and technical arrangements and obtaining the necessary licenses, it added.
