Sadirat appoints Al-Ajlan Chairman, Halim Essayem MD

Saudi Industrial Exports Co.’s (Sadirat) board appointed today, Jan. 19, Khaled Al-Ajlan (non-executive manager) as Chairman and Issa Al-Fawaz (independent member) as Vice Chairman, the company said in a Tadawul filing.

The board also formed the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, chaired by Salman Al-Anqari, with Saad Maammar and Ubaidullah Al-Turkistani as members.

Sadirat announced the formation of the Executive and Investment Committee, chaired by Al-Ajlan, with Al-Fawaz and Halim Essayem as members.

The company appointed board member Halim Essayem as Managing Director (MD), with executive board status, effective today.

Essayem holds a master’s in business administration (supply chain management) from Golden Gate University and has over 23 years of international experience, holding strategic, financial, and operational leadership roles across multiple sectors.

According to Argaam, shareholders recently approved the election of five members to fill vacant board seats and complete the 12th board term, running from June 16, 2025, to June 15, 2028.
