Anmat Technology for Trading Co. awarded a project contract worth SAR 29.57 million, including value-added tax (VAT), to Haboob for Cybersecurity Services and Solutions.

 

The company said in a statement to Tadawul that the project was awarded on Jan. 19, with the contract expected to be signed on Feb. 20.

 

The work scope includes the fit-out of a dedicated building through the establishment of infrastructure, network systems and maintenance works following the issuance of the formal award.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.
