Jana Medical’s audit committee chair, members resign

Jana Medical Co. announced the resignation of the chairman and members of its audit committee, namely Abdullah Awadh Al-Omari (Chairman – independent member from outside the board), Nawaf Abdullah Al-Sulai’ (Independent member from outside the board), and Saeed Awadh Al-Shahrani (independent member from outside the board).

In a statement to Tadawul, the company clarified that Al-Omari’s resignation was submitted on Jan. 14, with immediate effect, which came upon his request. Al-Omari’s membership started on May 4, 2023.

Meanwhile, Al-Sulai’s resignation was submitted on Jan. 14, with immediate effect, which came upon his request. His membership began on Nov. 18, 2025. Al-Shahrani’s resignation was submitted on Jan. 14, with immediate effect, which came also upon his request. Al-Shahrani’s membership in the committee started on Nov. 12, 2025.
