AOL’s board approved the establishment of a nonprofit foundation for community development
Academy of Learning Co. said its board of directors has approved the establishment of a non-profit foundation under the name Academy of Learning Foundation for Community Development, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The foundation aims to support development initiatives by qualifying and training individuals for the labor market. It also seeks to enhance productive and professional skills, build specialized competencies, and empower craftspeople in ways that contribute to achieving self-sufficiency.
In addition, the foundation aims to raise community awareness of the importance of on-the-job training and vocational qualification, under the supervision of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD).
The move aligns with the company’s strategy to strengthen sustainability and social responsibility, support human capacity development, and deliver positive social impact in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
