East Pipes contract covers steel pipe coating works with a six-month execution period

East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry signed on Jan. 21 a contract with AliShar Contracting Co. for SAR 60 million, including VAT, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The contract covers steel pipe coating works, for a duration of six months.
The relevant financial impact will likely appear as of Q4 2025/26 through Q2 2026/27.
There are no related parties involved, the statement added.
