SHL Finance Co. formed its credit & risk management committee following its board decision on Dec. 3, 2025, and after obtaining the Central Bank’s (SAMA) no objection.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the newly elected credit & risk management committee will include Kamal Bin Amin Khodr (Chairman), Abdulelah Al Sheikh, Roy El Khoury, Pierre Come Liege and Faisal Khan as members.
