Municipalities Ministry: 99,000 housing product contracts for Saudi families in 2025

The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing says support was provided to 38,000 Saudi households in 2025.

The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing said that its achievements in 2025 included signing 99,000 housing product contracts for Saudi households.

In a post on its official X account, the ministry said it provided support to 38,000 cases through the Housing Rent Support Program last year, while 7,300 citizens benefited from developmental housing initiatives.

The ministry added that beneficiary satisfaction with housing support services reached 90%, noting that it carried out 15,000 inspection visits to ensure the optimal use of housing units allocated to beneficiaries.

According to Argaam data, the ministry announced on Jan. 22 that its 2025 achievements also included the launch of 108,000 housing units under off-plan sale projects, the delivery of 18,000 units under the same projects, the offering of 12,000 land plots on the Sakani platform, and the development of more than 16 million square meters of fee-liable white land.
