Alkhaleej Training and Education Co. signed today, Jan. 25, a contract with Chairman Abdulaziz Al-Rashed to lease the Rowad AlKhaleej School educational complex owned by him in Al-Ahsa (a related party transaction).

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company explained that the 20-year lease entails an average annual rental value of SAR 6.25 million (VAT exclusive).

 

The contract was concluded in accordance with prevailing commercial terms without any preferential conditions or benefits, according to the statement.

 

The company expects the transaction to have a positive impact on its financials for 2026 and beyond.

 

Alkhaleej Training had already been operating the Rowad AlKhaleej School prior to the signing of this lease contract.
