Saudi Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed Al-Hogail inaugurated Khuzam Digital Valley, a fully integrated city for data centers and digital technologies within the Khuzam destination, during the opening of the Real Estate Future Forum.
National Housing Co. (NHC) CEO Mohammed Albuty and NHC Innovation CEO Rayan Alaql were present during the inauguration.
The project is a cornerstone of NHC’s strategy to expand digital infrastructure investments and advanced tech-driven real estate.
NHC Innovation is driving the development and execution of the project, aiming to accelerate Saudi Arabia’s digital economy, strengthen its position as a global hub for digital infrastructure, and deliver long-term value aligned with national transformation goals.
Spanning nearly 200,000 square meters, Khuzam Digital Valley offers integrated real estate solutions to meet the growing demand for data centers and digital infrastructure. It targets data center operators, cloud computing and AI companies, telecom providers, and advanced technology firms, providing a scalable, reliable, and sustainable digital ecosystem.
The development includes comprehensive infrastructure, including energy, digital, and engineering services, as well as high-reliability networks, alongside developed, build-ready land that meets top security and safety standards.
The project is expected to boost the national digital economy, diversify specialized real estate investment, create new roles in the technology sector, and attract local and global investment within a purpose-built business environment.
