CGS signs a fixed cooling project contract with Almarai
Consolidated Grunenfelder Saady Holding Co. (CGS) signed a contract with Almarai Co. on Jan. 26 to execute a fixed cooling project valued at SAR 29.5 million, excluding value-added tax (VAT).
The project has a 12-month duration and includes the provision of fixed cooling solutions for food processing facilities in Saudi Arabia, the company said in a statement to Tadawul today, Jan. 27.
The company expects the financial impact of the contract to commence in Q4 2026.
According to data available with Argaam, CGS was awarded a contract by Almarai on Dec. 3, 2025.
The company listed its shares on the market on Dec. 9, 2025.
CGS’s core activities include cold-chain transportation, cooling, and customized solution units designed according to customer needs—in addition to after-sales services.
