Almuneef says the deal involves purchase, resale and distribution of SABIC AN's agricultural nutrient products

Almuneef Company for Trade, Industry, Agriculture and Contracting signed, on Jan. 27, a non-exclusive local distribution agreement with SABIC Agri-Nutrients (SABIC AN) for 2026, for one year.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the contract value is subject to change based on product prices (excluding VAT).

 

The contract entails purchasing, reselling and distributing SABIC AN's agricultural nutrient products through outlets and distribution points owned by Almuneef.

 

The deal entails the distribution of several products, including regular and granular urea, diammonium phosphate (DAP), 19+29+11+6 sulfur compound, stabilized urea, urea + humic acid, and urea + zinc.

 

The financial impact of the agreement is expected to be realized during the current year, Almuneef added.
