CATRION inks SAR 23.1M catering deal with Saudia

CATRION Catering Holding Co. signed a contract worth SAR 23.1 million with Saudi Arabian Airlines Corporation (Saudia) on Jan. 27, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The agreement will run from 1 Dhu Al-Qidah 1447H until the end of the Hajj season this year.

Under the one-year contract, CATRION will provide catering and hospitality services, site preparation and infrastructure setup, manpower supply, and other support services for pilgrims participating in Saudia’s private Hajj campaign at the holy sites during the 1447H Hajj season.

CATRION expects the agreement to have a positive impact on its financial results starting from Q2 2026, noting that related parties include Mohammed Al Sarhan, Fahad Mousa, Abdul Wahab Al-Betairi, and Faisal Sabbagh.
