SAL signs two-year logistics agreement with Saudi Motorsport

SAL said its SAL Logistics Division signed a two-year agreement with Saudi Motorsport

SAL Saudi Logistics Services Co. said its SAL Logistics Division signed a two-year agreement on Jan. 29 with Saudi Motorsport Co. (SMC), according to a statement to Tadawul.

Under the agreement, SAL will provide a comprehensive range of logistics solutions to support the planning, execution, and management of motorsport-related events and activities across Saudi Arabia.

The scope of services includes land, air, and sea freight; customs clearance; airport operations support; and on-site logistics coordination during motorsport events, including venue-to-venue transportation.

The final value of the agreement will be determined based on demand for services at the prices specified in the contract, with the related financial impact expected to appear in the company’s financial results over the term of the agreement.

The company said the agreement does not involve any related parties.
