SISCO Holding subsidiary signs SAR 133.5M contract for project in Madinah

Sustained Infrastructure Holding Co. (SISCO Holding) announced that its subsidiary, International Water Distribution Co. (Tawzea), signed a contract worth SAR 133.5 million, excluding VAT, with National Water Co. (NWC).

 

According to a Tadawul statement, Tawzea received the 36-month contract after being signed by all parties on Jan. 29.

 

Tawzea will provide operation and maintenance services for water distribution networks and transmission pipelines across all related facilities, including main and secondary pipelines, reservoirs, pumping stations, and various types of valves, along with all other components connected to the water distribution systems.

 

The scope also includes the operation and maintenance of the well systems and transmission pipelines with all their facilities main and secondary lines, reservoirs, pumping stations, and valve systems within Madinah throughout the project duration.

 

The relevant financial impact is expected to show in Q1 2026 results.
