Americana appoints Harsh Bansal as COO for KFC and Pizza Hut; Vishal Bhati as Chief Digital Officer

Americana Restaurants International Plc appointed Harsh Bansal as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for KFC and Pizza Hut, and Vishal Bhati as Chief Digital Officer (CDO), effective Feb. 1.

 

In a statement on Tadawul, the company said that Bansal will be responsible for the operational performance of these two brands across the company’s markets, while continuing to oversee the finance function on an interim basis until a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is appointed.

 

The company added that Bhati will be responsible for the company’s digital strategy and the development of its digital capabilities.
