Balsm Alofoq says contract covers the operation and maintenance of primary healthcare services, Ras Al-Khair Program in Jubail Industrial City
Balsm Alofoq Medical Co. signed on Feb. 1 a contract with the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) for SAR 71.8 million.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the contract covers the operation and maintenance of primary healthcare services, Ras Al-Khair Program in Jubail Industrial City, for five years.
The project is expected to have a positive financial impact on results during the first half of 2026, the statement added, noting that no related parties are included in the deal.
Balsm Alofoq received a letter of award from RCJY for the project in December 2025, Argaam reported.
