Tadweeer secures SAR 63.8M raw material contract for recycling

National Environmental Recycling Co. (Tadweeer) signed today, Feb. 2, a raw materials purchase contract, worth SAR 63.8 million, excluding VAT, with Tobal Co.

 

The contract covers the purchase of raw materials for recycling, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The relevant financial impact is expected to materialize once production from the purchased raw materials begins in Q1 2026.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.
