Americana board will also discuss dividends

Americana Restaurants International’s board will meet on Feb. 6 to approve its 2025 consolidated financial statements and review a proposed dividend distribution.

 

The meeting was scheduled based on a recommendation from the audit committee, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Disclosure of the board’s approval by circulation will be made in due course.
