Multi Business wins project from NHC

Multi Business Group Co. says the project includes the design, groundwork, and finishings for Al Aziziyah Sales Center.

Multi Business Group Co. won a project with the National Housing Co. (NHC), at a total value exceeding 5% of the company’s 2024 revenues.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the project includes the design, groundwork, and finishings for Al Aziziyah Sales Center, covering construction, architectural finishing, and mechanical and electrical works.

 

The contract was awarded on Feb. 3, Multi Business added, noting that there are no related parties to the transaction.

 

According to Argaam data, Multi Business’ revenues for 2024 stood at around SAR 135.05 million.
