Uber Technologies reported quarterly revenue above expectations in the Q4 2025
Uber Technologies reported quarterly revenue above expectations in the fourth quarter of 2025, but forecast profit below market estimates for Q1 2026, as margins were pressured by efforts to boost trip volumes through more affordable ride options.
In an earnings statement released on Tuesday, the company said it expects adjusted earnings per share in the first quarter to range between 65 cents and 72 cents, compared with analysts’ expectations of 76 cents. Gross bookings are forecast to rise to $53.5 billion.
CEO Dara Khosrowshahi said in the statement that Uber delivered record performance in the fourth quarter, with monthly active users exceeding 200 million and more than 40 million trips completed per day.
