The Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) supported the private-sector employment of more than 562,000 citizens through its programs and initiatives during the year 2025, marking a 29% year-on-year (YoY) growth, the fund said in a statement today.
Hadaf highlighted that more than 226,000 establishments benefited from its programs across the kingdom during the same period, up by 27% YoY, of which 94% were small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
As many as 45 employment-related qualitative training agreements were signed across several sectors. The total amount spent on support programs reached about SAR 8.3 billion during 2025, said the fund.
Over 2 million citizens benefited from its empowerment, guidance and training services during the 12-month period, it added.
