Gulf Union Al Ahlia board appointed Mohanned Alfayez as Vice Chairman

Gulf Union Al Ahlia Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors approved, on Feb. 4, reappointing Abdulaziz Al-Turki (non-executive member) as Chairman.

The board appointed Mohanned Alfayez as Vice Chairman and Haya Al Saeed as board secretary, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

Following the receipt of a no-objection from the Insurance Authority on Feb. 4, the board appointed the Chairman and members of the nomination and remuneration committee for the new four-year term, which began on December 17, 2025.

The nomination and remuneration committee includes Ahmed Al Salem, Munir Al Borno, Zaid Al Kathiri and Kareem Mohammed Bachite.

The formation of the remaining board committees will be announced at a later date once approved, the statement said.
