Amlak’s MD Abdullah Al-Sudairy resigns

Abdullah Al-Sudairy’s resignation effective March 7, Amlak says

Amlak International Finance Co.’s board of directors accepted, on Feb. 5, the resignation submitted by Managing Director Abdullah Al-Sudairy. He will, however, continue as non-executive member on the board, the executive committee, and risk committee.

The resignation was submitted due to personal reasons and shall take effect as of March 7, 2026, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

According to data available on Argaam, Amlak appointed Al-Sudairy as Managing Director in April 2022.
