Americana OKs Malak Al Tawouk franchise deals in Saudi Arabia, UAE

Americana Restaurants International PLC’s board approved on Feb. 6 a proposal to tap into franchise and licensing agreements for the Malak Al Tawouk brand across several markets, including Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

 

In a statement, the company said the board also approved its consolidated financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025, as well as the dividend distribution policy to be presented to shareholders for approval at the annual general meeting.
