NDMC closes February 2026 offering under sukuk program

The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) announced the closure of February 2026 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated sukuk program.

 

The total amount allocated was set at SAR 7.87 billion, NDMC said in a statement today, Feb. 10.

 

The issuance was divided into five tranches. The first tranche totaled SAR 1.17 billion, maturing in 2031, while the second reached SAR 1.38 billion, maturing in 2033.

 

The third tranche was valued at SAR 1.59 billion and will mature in 2036, followed by a fourth tranche of SAR 510 million, which will mature in 2039.

 

The fifth tranche was valued at SAR 1.19 billion and will mature in 2041, the statement said.
