Scientific and Medical Equipment House Co. (Equipment House) signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with Almaviva Saudi Arabia, the regional headquarters of the Italian group Almaviva S.p.A., according to a statement to Tadawul today, Feb. 12.

Almaviva is an Italian corporation specializing in digital transformation, information technology (IT) and the provision of integrated technical solutions for both public and private sectors.

The agreement aims to regulate the exchange of confidential information between the two companies to study and explore potential areas of mutual cooperation, ensuring the protection of the information exchanged and its use solely for the agreed purposes.

Equipment House confirmed that there is currently no direct financial impact from signing this agreement. Any material developments will be disclosed in due course in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.

The signing of the agreement represents an initial step toward exploring cooperation opportunities with an international company specialized in digital transformation and information technology, said Equipment House Managing Director and CEO Faisal Al-Atawi.

“Through this step, we aim to assess the potential development of solutions that support the company’s direction to enhance its services and keep pace with technological transformations in the healthcare sector, in line with the company’s strategy for sustainable growth,” he added.
