Group Five reappoints Tariq Al-Qahtani Chairmen, Salah Al-Qahtani as deputy

Group Five Pipe Saudi Co.’s board of directors reappointed Tariq Al-Qahtani as Chairmen and Salah Al-Qahtani as Deputy Chairman and Managing Director, in a meeting held on Feb. 11.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the board also formed the audit committee including, Mohammed Al-Harbi, Salah AlHuzami and Salman Al-Shathri.

Meanwhile, Fatima Yusuf was named as board secretary and the company’s representatives before the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) were selected.
