Riyadh’s Noor Khuzam housing project will comprise more than 3,018 housing units, alongside leisure and service facilities.
Egypt-based Hassan Allam Holding has launched the Noor Khuzam housing project in the north of Riyadh, a new residential community in partnership with Tilal Real Estate and in collaboration with the National Housing Co. (NHC).
According to a company statement, the development will comprise more than 3,018 housing units, alongside leisure and service facilities, spanning over 228,000 square meters, with total investments exceeding SAR 3.3 billion.
Noor Khuzam will be developed by Grova Developments, the development arm of Hassan Allam Holding.
Hassan Allam is an Egyptian conglomerate founded in 1975 by Hassan Allam. The company has executed projects across industrial plants, power stations, buildings and water treatment facilities, and expanded into real estate and cement manufacturing in the early 1990s.
