Shmoh Almadi Co. completed 70% of the total concrete and structural framework works of a new plant in Buraidah, in accordance with the approved timeline.

 

In a Tadawul statement, the company said it continues to implement the construction works in line with the highest technical and engineering standards, consistent with its expansion strategy.

 

The construction of the new factory reflects the company’s commitment to developing its production capabilities and enhancing its competitive position by increasing current production capacity and meeting the growing demand for its products with high standards and quality.

 

The move aligns with Shmoh’s growth and return targets under its strategy, which seeks to enhance industrial production efficiency and support sustainable development within the sector.

 

There are no changes in costs, the company said, adding that it will disclose any developments or financial impacts related to the factory's construction in due course. Shmoh signed, on May 3, 2025, a contract with Rokn Al Nile Contracting Co. to implement the concrete and structural works for the construction of a new factory in Buraidah, according to Argaam data.

 

Under the 12-month contract, Rokn Al Nile will carry out the work in accordance with the approved technical and engineering specifications, as well as the contract conditions.
