GAS completes incorporation of EPC subsidiary

GAS Arabian Services Co. (GAS) said it has completed the issuance of the articles of association and commercial registration for its wholly owned subsidiary, Arabian Building Solutions for Projects Execution, a single-owner limited liability company.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the new subsidiary has SAR 1 million in capital and will provide engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services within the technical and industrial services sectors.
According to Argaam data, GAS board approved the establishment of Arabian Building Solutions for Projects Execution in January.
