Almuneef to finance purchase through internal resources

Almuneef Company for Trade, Industry, Agriculture and Contracting said it purchased 12 Mercedes-Benz truck heads (2022 model) from the Global Vehicle Motors showroom for SAR 3.36 million, excluding VAT, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The deal, concluded on Feb. 15, was financed through the company’s internal resources, with no preferential or special terms related.

 

The deal aims to support the company’s operating and expansionary objectives. Additionally, it is expected to have a positive impact as it advances these goals.

 

Hamad Al Hajri, Almuneef Chairman, and director of Global Vehicle Motors is a related party, the statement added.
