Anmat signs SAR 40.1M contract with Mobily

Anmat said the contract term is three months with no related parties involved in the deal.

Anmat Technology for Trading Co. signed, on Feb. 15, a SAR 40.1 million contract with Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) to supply and install equipment at Mobily’s GSM sites across multiple regions of the Kingdom.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the contract covers the supply of devices and equipment, installation and electrical and mechanical connections, as well as technical testing and trial operations.

The project will be executed in line with the approved project plan and in compliance with Mobily’s technical standards and safety requirements.

The contract term is three months, with no related parties involved in the deal.

Revenue will be recognized based on the percentage of project completion, with the financial impact expected to be reflected gradually in the company’s financial statements during Q1 and Q2 2026, the statement said.
