The list includes eight companies: East Gas Co., Natural Gas Distribution Co. (NGDC), Egyptian Kuwaiti Advanced Operation and Maintenance Co., Egyptian Natural Gas Co. (GASCO), Saab Energy Solutions Co., Seer Corp., Bharat Petroleum Corp. Ltd (BPCL), and UniGas Arabia.

It also includes seven consortia: Al Afdal Gas with Khazeen National Storage and Mobadra Industrial SPI Co.; AlSharif Contracting Group (ASG) with Anton Oilfield Services and China Oil & Gas Group; Gas Solutions with Al Fanar Gas Group; Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) with Masah Specialized Construction Co. and AGL Gas; Expertise Contracting Co.
