Ltd. with BGL Pipeline Co.; National Gas Co. (NatGas) with Egypt Gas Co.; and TAQA Arabia Co. with Energy and Gas Co. and TAQA Gas Co.
The ministry said the move supports efforts to strengthen gas infrastructure, attract investment, improve service quality, and promote a competitive market environment.
It added that the tenders coincide with the third expansion of the master gas network, supporting the Liquid Fuel Displacement Program (LFDP) and the shift to natural gas under Saudi Vision 2030, with the aim of maximizing economic, environmental, and social returns from petroleum resources.
